have experienced discrimination or unequal treatment in your professional or private life, would like to reflect on and better understand your own gender identity, feel the need for support in coping with social pressure and expectations based on gender.
How does the therapy work?
Initial consultation
We start with an initial consultation in which we discuss your current concerns and challenges. Together we will work out the goals you would like to achieve with the therapy.
Individual or group sessions
You can choose between individual therapy and group sessions. Both approaches offer different benefits, which can be combined as required.
Course of therapy
In regular sessions, we will explore your thoughts and feelings together, adopt new perspectives and develop solutions. We use methods from talk therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and empowerment-focused approaches.
Sustainable change
The aim of our work is not just to offer you short-term support, but to help you make long-term changes in your thoughts and actions. We strengthen your ability to make self-confident and self-determined decisions that are in line with your own idea of equality and identity.
Why are we doing this?
Our vision is a society in which every person experiences the same rights, opportunities and respect, regardless of gender, origin or identity. We know that the path to full gender equality requires not only social change, but also a personal confrontation with one's own experiences, fears and desires. Our therapy programmes aim to accompany and support you on this journey so that you can better navigate a world characterised by inequality.
